Welcome to www.adrois.com (the "Site"), operated by Adrois Inc. ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THEY INCLUDE IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AND A DISPUTE RESOLUTION CLAUSE.

1. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site—including text, images, graphics, documents, designs, and downloadable materials—is the exclusive property of Adrois Inc. No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without our written permission.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use our Site or services. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Keep your login credentials confidential
  • Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access or security breaches.

We may suspend or terminate accounts used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

4. Services Provided

Adrois Inc. provides settlement support services including:

  • Apartment/rental search assistance
  • Airport pickup
  • Basic government and administrative registrations
  • Customer support assistance

All services must be paid for at the time of booking. Service descriptions are provided on an as-is basis.

5. IMPORTANT SERVICE DISCLAIMERS

5.1 No Guarantee of Apartment Availability or Approval
Adrois Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Apartment availability
  • Landlord responses
  • Lease approval or rejection
  • Pricing changes
  • Housing quality or conditions
  • Landlord behavior or reliability

Final decisions rest solely with landlords or property managers.

5.2 Apartment Listing Information
All housing information is based on available listings at the time of search. We do not control:

  • Price changes
  • Availability updates
  • Property rules
  • Move-in timelines

5.3 No Liability for Landlord Fraud
Adrois Inc. is not responsible for scams, fraud, or misrepresentation by any landlord, property owner, agent, or third-party housing provider. Clients must verify legitimacy before sending payments.

5.4 Verification of Apartment Listings
Apartment information provided by Adrois Inc. is based on available listings at the time of search. We do not control changes in pricing, availability, or terms set by landlords or property managers.

5.5 House Finding Duration Policy
The maximum duration allocated for securing a suitable apartment for a client is up to two months from the commencement of the search process, subject to availability and market conditions.

5.6 Change of Location Policy
Adrois reserves the right to apply additional charges if a client requests a change of location more than two weeks after the house-search process has commenced.

5.7 Decision Making Policy
Adrois does not make decisions on behalf of clients; all decisions remain the responsibility of the client, while we provide guidance and support throughout the process.

5.8 Child Safety Policy
Clients are responsible for ensuring that an appropriate child safety car seat is provided and properly installed for any children accompanying them.

5.9 Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving late at night (from 10:00 p.m. onward) will be required to remain at the airport until 9:00 a.m., or until the landlord is available to provide access to the apartment.

5.10 Client Cooperation Requirements
Adrois Inc. is not responsible for delays or incomplete services resulting from the client's failure to provide accurate information, required documents, timely communication, or availability.

5.11 Lease Agreement Disclaimer
Adrois Inc. does not:

  • Review leases
  • Provide legal or real estate advice
  • Sign leases on behalf of clients
  • Negotiate contract terms

Clients are solely responsible for understanding and agreeing to their lease.

5.12 No Guarantee for Government, Banking, or Institutional Outcomes
We do not guarantee:

  • SIN approval
  • Provincial ID issuance
  • Bank account approval
  • School registration outcomes
  • Health card approval
  • Processing times

All decisions are made by the respective authority.

5.13 Immigration & Customs Disclaimer
Adrois Inc. is not liable for:

  • Immigration delays
  • Questioning or inspection
  • Detentions
  • Denied entry
  • Border control decisions

5.14 Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather or road conditions
  • Airline or airport delays
  • Immigration queues
  • Technical outages
  • Strikes
  • Government closures
  • Traffic or accidents
  • Third-party disruptions

5.15 Client Cooperation Requirement
Adrois Inc. is not responsible for failures or delays resulting from:

  • Wrong or incomplete information
  • Missing documents
  • Unresponsiveness
  • Miscommunication
  • Missed appointments
  • Client unavailability

5.17 Scope of Service
Adrois Inc. does NOT provide:

  • Immigration advice
  • Legal advice
  • Visa approval guarantees
  • Employment or job placement
  • Financial guarantees
  • Real estate brokerage services
  • Moving or packing services

All services are support-only.

5.18 Luggage Disclaimer
We are not responsible for:

  • Lost luggage
  • Delayed luggage
  • Damaged luggage

These issues fall under airline or transport provider responsibility.

5.19 Neighborhood & Location Disclaimer
Adrois Inc. does not guarantee:

  • Neighborhood safety
  • Building quality
  • Noise levels
  • Proximity to schools, transit, or amenities
  • Suitability of any location

Clients make the final decision.

5.20 Travel Information Disclaimer
Clients must provide accurate travel details. We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Wrong flight numbers
  • Incorrect arrival times
  • Flight changes
  • Missed flights

5.21 Airport Pickup Time Window
Our Airport Pickup service provides a standard waiting period of up to 90 minutes from the time the client's flight lands. This grace period allows sufficient time for immigration processing, baggage collection, and other arrival procedures. Additional waiting time may incur extra charges.

5.22 No Unlimited Search Obligation
Housing search assistance is limited to the scope of the purchased service package. We are not obligated to search indefinitely if options are unavailable.

5.23 Client Behavior & Safety
Adrois Inc. may refuse or discontinue service without refund if a client:

  • Behaves abusively
  • Threatens staff
  • Engages in illegal conduct
  • Compromises safety

6. Force Majeure

Adrois Inc. is not liable for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Pandemics
  • Emergencies
  • Government shutdowns
  • War
  • Civil unrest
  • Strikes
  • System failures

7. Payments, Accepted methods:

  • Credit card
  • Debit card
  • PayPal
  • Direct Debit

You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full amount. We may cancel or reverse payments that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Refunds

You may cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service time to receive a 50% refund.

8.1 No-Refund Situations
NO refunds will be issued for:

  • Missed appointments
  • Missed airport pickups
  • Incorrect client information
  • Government delays or denial
  • Customer-caused delays
  • Change in move-in dates
  • Client unresponsiveness
  • Dissatisfaction with available housing
  • Violations of company policies
  • Completed or attempted services
  • Chargeback abuse

9. Service Completion Definition

A service is considered completed once Adrois Inc. has made reasonable attempts to deliver it, even if the client is unavailable, unreachable, or uncooperative.

10. Limitation on Service Duration

Each service package includes support only for the timeframe stated in the service description. We are not obligated to provide ongoing or unlimited support.

11. Communication Policy

Official communication is deemed delivered when sent via:

  • Email
  • SMS
  • Client account dashboard (if applicable)

Failure to check messages does not constitute non-delivery.

12. No Chargebacks Clause

Clients agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services delivered or attempted. All disputes must be handled directly through Adrois Inc.

13. Data Accuracy

Clients are fully responsible for ensuring all submitted information is accurate. Adrois Inc. is not liable for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

14. Document Handling Disclaimer

We are not responsible for lost documents, technical outages, data corruption, or transmission failures.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adrois Inc. and its affiliates shall not be liable for any:

  • Indirect damages
  • Loss of income
  • Loss of opportunities
  • Loss of housing
  • Travel costs
  • Third-party actions
  • Financial losses

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Adrois Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising from your use of the Site or services.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

18. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt non-binding mediation. Either party may still:

  • File in small claims court
  • Seek injunctive relief
  • Pursue intellectual property claims

19. Severability

If any section is found invalid, the remaining Terms remain fully enforceable.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site or sent via email. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
